Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the customised nature of our products, Printhub applies a strict refund and return policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds will only be considered if:
  • The product is defective due to an error on our part.
  • An order is cancelled before production begins.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • We do not offer refunds for:
  •  Design or artwork already initiated or completed.
  •  Items with user-approved errors.
  •  Delays due to client non-responsiveness or external factors beyond our control.

Returns

  • Returns will only be accepted if there is a manufacturing or printing defect.
  • Items must be returned within 5 working days of receiving the product, in unused condition.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled prior to the printing process. If work has commenced, only the balance (excluding the 50% deposit) may be refundable.

Exchange

  • In the case of an error on our part, we will replace the defective items at no extra cost.

Dispute Resolution

  • If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your items. We will assess the issue and offer a reasonable solution.
