These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Printhub website and any services or products offered by Printhub (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use our services or website.

1. Definitions

•  “Client” refers to any individual, company, or legal entity using or purchasing services from Printhub.
• “Services” refer to all printing, branding, and design-related services provided by Printhub.
• “Products” refer to any physical goods produced or sold by Printhub.

2. Quotation, Pricing & Payment

• All quotations are valid for 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of issue.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work commences. The balance must be settled prior to delivery or collection.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in material costs, supplier pricing, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Orders & Approval

• All jobs require written approval of artwork and specifications. By approving artwork, the client accepts responsibility for the final content.
• Printhub is not liable for errors overlooked during the proofing stage by the client.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate copyright laws, promote hate speech, or are otherwise deemed inappropriate.

4. Turnaround Times & Deadlines

• Turnaround time begins only once artwork is approved and the deposit is received.
• While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., power outages, supplier issues, or acts of God) are not our responsibility.
• Urgent requests may incur additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property

• All designs, templates, and content created by Printhub remain our property until full payment is made.
• Clients must ensure they have the legal right to use any content submitted for reproduction. Printhub assumes no liability for copyright infringement.

6. Delivery & Collection

• Deliveries are done via courier or collection from our Fourways shop. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss transfers to the client upon delivery or collection.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Printhub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific product or service in dispute.

8. Indemnification

• The client agrees to indemnify and hold Printhub harmless from any claims, demands, losses, or liabilities arising from misuse of our services or materials provided by the client.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising shall be settled under the jurisdiction of South African courts.
